Domain

A domain is essentially an environment in Otito. Every new account comes with 2 environments:

  • test: This should be considered a staging environment.
  • live: This should be considered your production environment

Each environment comes with it’s own API key

Application

An application is a unique customer/organisation on Otito. Each app has it’s own unique reference and/or identifier. It also comes with it’s own stand alone metrics.

An application is important in Otito because the customer portal can only show the logs for a single user/app.
